Compot Shesek (Loquat)

Serves Everybody

Ginton and Yehudit love compot shesek.  To everyone else, it tastes a bit sour.  Because we had so many shesek trees, Ema used to make a lot of shesek compot.  Every once in a while, Zahava would pick our the shesek from the compot, and make a pie.  Nachman loved the pie!

Ingredients:

some	shesek
some	sugar or Splenda
	water
3	sticks cinnamon

Preparation:

1. Wash shesek well.
2. Put shesek into pressure cooker, add water to cover, sugar or Splenda, and cinnimon sticks.  
3. Cook on pressure  - depending how old the pressure cooker is (about 10 minutes). Cool.
